It is no surprise that Interhearing at Radbrook has a full list of five star reviews. I’d used another business in Shrewsbury with very poor results but then my wife went to see Judy at Interhearing in Radbrook. She was full of praise for the care she’d received from Judy. I booked an appointment and - wow - what a difference. Fabulous.

Thank you, Judy for your kind gentle and expert service.I had suffered from vertigo for several days and was beginning to feel quite poorly, but after 20 minutes I felt transformed and really well. I had not realised how my hearing had deteriorated until I got in my car after the appointment and needed to turn the radio down!

I needed to have wax removed at very short notice, due to having to play oboe in a concert on the Saturday night. Judy, at Interhearing in Shrewsbury created an extra appointment for me at the end of the day on the Wednesday. She explained a lot to me about the treatment and what to do going forward, was extremely gentle and very pleasant in her approach. A true professional.Thank you for returning my hearing to normal!

Interhearing offers a first class service for ear wax removal at a reasonable price. Their staff are fully trained ENT nurses who are very professional and who put you at ease explaining what is happening throughout the treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Interhearing for ear wax removal.

Judy carried out my ear wax removal on 22/03/23 in a highly professional manner. She made me feel very much at ease and described the procedure (and its benefits) fully in advance. The best solution in Shrewsbury. We were given an appointment almost immediately. Spotless premises, extremely friendly and professional staff.The care taken by Julie was above and beyond. We were carefully advised and informed throughout the process.With aftercare advice we’d never experienced before.Procedure was quick, clean, painless and 100% effective. My little girl who is 5 yrs, has been suffering with wax in her ears, she was on the nhs waiting list but this was a 2 year wait unfortunately.We decided to Google and interhearing came up, I sent an email I was pleasantly surprised how promptly my email was dealt with, I had a telephone call, spoke to to the nurse and decided to proceed with an appointment. At the appointment Juile was amazing with my daughter kind, utterly brilliant in every way. My daughter felt and ease and the whole procedure was stress free. I would highly recommend this service/company to anyone, could not fault them one bit, from the response to the email, phone call, ladies on reception just brilliant. I had a great experience this afternoon with InterHearing. I only made the appointment this afteroon and was expecting to have to wait several days or even weeks but I was able to choose from a range of same day appointments. Niki was friendly, polite and seemed highly capable and did a great job removing a build up of wax from my ears. Thank you.

I had blocked ears! It was causing me distress because I couldn't hear well. I'm a musician. I tried to clear them using otex, as recommended by the chemist. Judy at InterHearing was brilliant, she painlessly removed the build up of wax from both ears. When she found that I needed another appointment, she offered for me to wait until the next patient had been seen and then cleared my other ear. This saved me another 60 mile round trip! I still got to work on time. What a lovely service with Judy who is very skillful, kind, enthusiastic and so helpful.

Went to Shrewsbury to have micro suction on right ear was blocked and after second attempt of going Judy the lady who did the procedure was absolutely fabulous. I can hear properly now . She was caring kind explained everything.

Appointment 1200. Met Judy right on time.Into consulting room. Procedure explained using a diagram.Procedure expertly carried out on both ears painlessly.Judy then answered a few enquires I had.Left surgery 12.15. Excellent service. Far superior to syringing.

I was lucky enough to book and be seen within two days, by the wonderful Judy - friendly, genuine, and highly professional, both during the short procedure, and when detailing the aftercare that I needed. After weeks of tilting my head to one side and then the other, Otex dripping down my neck, hoping for a bit of relief, I couldn't believe the difference that this treatment makes, literally within just a few minutes. I'm delighted to recommend this process, and Judy too, without reservation.

Appointment arranged promptly by friendly and polite staff. Julie invited me in on time and carried out the wax removal treatment in a caring gentle manner and advised me how to reduce the formation of wax in the future. I received an appointment for just one week from my call; the suction procedure was quick and painless - much better than syringing. Judy got rid of a heavily impacted wax build-up, some of which was over a year old, and my hearing was immediately back to optimum level. I highly recommend this excellent service.

When I booked I wasn't sure whether my hearing had deteriorated or I had a build up of wax. Judy soon assured me it was wax! After a lot of squeaks and bangs, all perfectly tolerable, I emerged with my hearing back where it should be. My wife estimated it made a good 50% improvement. I shan't wait so long next time.

The appointment itself was a very positive experience . I was met in the waiting room and greeted in a welcoming way . All very covid safe. The treatment was carried out in a very friendly and professional manner and I would certainly use this service again .The reason for not giving a 5 star review is that I never received the email I was told I would get to give me details of the appointment even though I rang twice to ask about it .Admin letting the company down rather than the care givers .

Efficient and friendly service. The experience of my ear wax removal by micro suction was comfortable and effective. As a musician, I have been receiving this treatment on a yearly basis at a reputable ear clinic in London. Due to the Covid crisis, I decided not to go to London for treatment and instead visit a local clinic. I am pleased to say that my visit to Interhearing was a worthwhile decision and highly recommended.

After weeks with blocked ears, I attended Interhearing at Radbrook Green, Shrewsbury. I was met at the door by Judy Lloyd and shown in. What a breath of fresh air she is. After a few simple questions, the procedure was over in no time. Both my ears were clear and felt better than they had for a long time. Judy is very professional and caring, and throughout my time with her, a smile was on her face. She’s a credit to Interhearing, and I will have no hesitation in going to her for treatment again.

I cannot tell you how wonderful it was today. I had a build up of wax and an absolute fear of water in my ears, and it was dealt with by suction in roughly two minutes! Kind, friendly, empathetic nurse (wish I'd got her name) and whilst I'm not a millionaire, that was the best £65 I could have spent! I will recommend to everyone and if I ever need help wouldn't hesitate in booking here. Thank you!

Easy booking process. Sent an email at the weekend and had a call on Monday morning to book an appointment for a week's time. Parking available immediately outside clinic. Julie at the Shrewsbury clinic was very friendly and professional. I didn't feel a thing and could hear again. Can't believe l was walking round for over two years deaf in one ear. This was my first experience of micro suctioning. Was given an appointment at Warrington Jubilee Hub on the day after my inquiry. Everything went to plan. The wax was removed within a few minutes,painlessly and quickly. The nurse (Jo Jo) was very helpful,charming, and efficient,and professional. I’ve no hesitation in recommending this procedure/service. I suffer from Tinnitus and was worried about adverse effects.....there were none at all and Jo Jo took great care. Excellent....thank you!
