Hello to all concerned parents. We know that it can be really difficult for everyone when your child is struggling to hear at home or at school, and this can often be due to earwax build-up. That’s why Interhearing’s specialist ear care team are dedicated to providing fast, clinical ear care access for kid’s ear wax removal services.

Children’s ear canals are smaller and more delicate than adults’, so removing built-up earwax can require additional care and precision. We understand that paediatric ear wax removal can feel worrying for both children and parents, which is why our experienced clinicians make comfort and safety their priority. How We Remove the Ear Wax?

Microsuction is a painless and safe method for removing excess ear wax. Our ear care professionals use specialised medical tools to remove the wax, ensuring that your child is comfortable throughout the process. It’s quick, safe and the most effective wax to remove children’s ear wax build-up, alleviating any discomfort, hearing loss or irritation that the ear wax blockage may have been causing.

With microsuction, there is no need to use ear drops for weeks prior to treatment, just the night before, and the morning of your child’s appointment is enough to enjoy smooth, effective relief for children.


How microsuction works for children

A small, thin suction tube is placed within the ear to access the ear wax blockage in the ear canal, when gentle suction is applied, earwax is safely remove from your child’s ear to remove the blockage.
